For orders, rosewell dispatches orders within 48 hours of ordering. Vibes are sent via express shipping for free. Orders under $100 have optional standard or express shipping. All orders will be sent in discreet, recyclable kraft boxes that mimic a skincare delivery.

For returns, we ask you to complete the 'Recycle Your Sex Toy' document. However, if you have purchased a rosewell vibe in the past 24 months and are having an issue, please get in touch so we can offer a resolution.

For international orders, we generate a label within 24 hours and ship on the same day to ensure a straightforward postal service.
