Our packaging is a core feature of Rosewell as a brand.
Your item(s) will be shipped in discrete biodegradable packaging as a kraft mailer box with no mention of Rosewell or the contents within. It is designed to look like skincare.
Bean and Bend are packaged individually in a recyclable three-piece box. It’s encouraged that you reuse this box for whatever suits your needs.
Rosewell utilises multiple shipping providers such as Sendle or Australia Post for deliveries, allowing trackable delivery throughout Australia.
For vibe purchases, we cover the cost of Australia Post Express Postage. A tracking number will be sent to the email entered at checkout.
We do our best to post all standard orders within 2 business days, but typically dispatch within 24 hours.
With the nationwide demands on shipping services, we are observing lengthy delays at the moment but are working with Australia Post.
Delivery time frames are just an indication and Rosewell will not be held accountable for longer delivery times or courier delays. Cancellations will not be accepted due to delivery being late. Please note, this is the estimated time you should allow for your order to be sent from the time it is placed. You will need to allow additional time on top of these estimates for your order to be couriered to your address.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email, please contact us if you would need a hard copy attached to your order.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Rosewell encourages intentional, considered and mindful purchasing. We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind.

If an exchange or return is permitted, Rosewell will require postage costs covered unless a product has been deemed faulty.
Unfortunately, Rosewell cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post, or any other courier service. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Rosewell. If this occurs, please contact Australia Post immediately.
