Refund policy

If a product isn’t working for you, let us know for a judgment-free discussion (really.)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We apologise if an item arrives faulty, please email us at orders@byrosewell.com to organise a replacement, credit or refund.

Rosewell encourages intentional, considered and mindful purchasing. We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind.

However, if you are unhappy with an item please contact us at orders@byrosewell.com.

If an exchange or return is permitted, Rosewell will require postage costs covered unless a product has been deemed faulty.
