Not at all. Our boxes are unmarked, plain kraft material and discreet. The return address will reference “Everyday Intimacy” and make no mention of rosewell. We’re here to provide beautiful products in un-beautiful boxes, to make sure you’re comfortable.
PS You’ll never, ever find plastic in our boxes. You can recycle anything and everything we send to you, or re-use for a future gift.
Orders placed prior to 6pm during Monday - Friday are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
We always ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so please factor that in when ordering. Alternatively, we offer free click-and-collect from our Doggett Street, Brisbane studio upon request.
Depending on other factors, such as public holidays, unusually high volumes of orders or inventory shortages, it may take up to 7 days to process your order. In that case, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to express, free of charge, and let you know.
You’ll receive two tracking emails: one directly from us upon fulfilment, and another through our shipping partner (either Australia Post or Sendle.) You’ll be provided with a tracking number that you can follow throughout its journey to you.

For those in Australia, orders over $100* have automatic free express shipping applied at checkout. We’ll never charge additional for rural areas, either. For international orders, we offer a significant discount and absorb most of the shipping cost, allowing us to offer a flat US15 rate. Don’t worry, we’ll soon be shipping directly to you from the US soon.

All products are shipped together. In some cases, if a product is out of stock, it may delay your entire order temporarily. We’ll let you know of this in advance. We don’t split-ship due to the environmental and financial impact to both our business and you, our incredible customers.
Returns, Exchanges & Recycling ––
Yes. We know sometimes products can be unavoidably defective. In this case, please use our start a return form and select ‘defective’ as the reason. We’ll need you to describe the issue and potentially provide photos/videos before returning.
Our two year warranty covers all vibes, including returning the product to us and our recycling program.
Yes. We understand that choosing a vibe can be tricky, and its an investment for most. However, we strongly (see underlined) encourage you to read through the descriptions, reviews and manuals prior to purchase. Returned vibes are, recycled or not, waste and we passionately avoid it where possible.

Our vibrators are produced in China. We have a close relationship with our manufacturers spanning years, and regularly engage independent auditors to ensure our values are always in alignment: ethical, sustainable, environmentally-friendly.
Currently, our Oils, Card Decks and Sensory accessories are equally produced locally in Australia and China. However, as our order volume increases, we may need to rely more on overseas production. Please keep that in mind if your goal is Australia-only production.
